a dynamic and accomplished executive arts specialist with over 30 years of experience in the performing arts industry. I have a proven track record in producing major theatre productions, short films, television commercials, large-scale art exhibitions, live music events, and effective venue management. My recent endeavors have focused on business development within the festival sector and curating unique art projects, including New Year’s Eve celebrations in regional areas.
In recent years, I’ve expanded my expertise into corporate social responsibility, crafting impactful strategic programs for small to mid-sized businesses that address critical issues such as literacy, Indigenous education, mental health, and animal conservation.
In 2020, I was honored with an Emerging Producers Grant from Screen NSW, enabling me to develop a slate of innovative film and television content. This opportunity also led to my role as an Intimacy Coordinator for Stan TV, where I contributed to creating a safe and respectful environment on set.
In 2021, I transitioned back to partnership management with the British Council, playing a pivotal role in delivering their UK|AU cultural exchange season and also in business development as an ongoing consultant to Sydney Festival, contributing to their ongoing success.
Recently, I served as the Executive Director and Chair for the Art Byron Festival, the much-anticipated Arts Biennale for the Northern Rivers on Bunjalung Country. For 2025, I am actively engaged in film project development and completing a Master of Business Administration (Mba) at Sydney University, further enhancing my skills and vision for the arts sector.
